1. Return eligibility

You have the right to return your rug within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:

• The rug must be unused, undamaged, and in perfect condition

• It must be returned in its original packaging, with any tags and accessories included

• A valid proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)

2. Return process

To start a return:

1. Email us at hello@karpet.cc with your order number and reason for return

2. We’ll confirm the procedure and shipping address

3. Ship the rug using a tracked and insured carrier

You have 14 calendar days after notifying us to return the rug.

3. Refunds & exchanges

• Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned rug

• Refunds are issued via your original payment method

• Return shipping costs are:

  • At your charge in case of refund

  • Covered by Karpet in case of an exchange or store credit

Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

4. Return conditions

We reserve the right to reject or partially refund a return if:

• The item has been used or damaged

• It’s returned without proper packaging

• It has suffered wear or alteration beyond what’s needed to inspect the rug

For your safety, we recommend returning all items via a tracked and insured delivery service.
