1. Shipping zones

We ship worldwide from Belgium.
No customs fees apply for orders delivered within the European Union.
For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Shipping time

We ship all orders within 5 to 7 business days after purchase.
Each parcel includes a tracking number, which will be sent to you once the shipment is processed.

3. Carriers

Our primary shipping partner across Europe is Mondial Relay.
For larger or international shipments, we may use carriers such as DHL or UPS to ensure fast and safe delivery.

4. Shipping fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
These fees include handling, packaging, and delivery.
We offer free shipping in:

• Belgium for orders over 450 €

• France, The Netherlands for orders over 650 €

5. Duties & taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs fees, import taxes, or other charges may apply. These are not included in the price of your order and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
