All rugs are handwoven in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco, using ancestral techniques passed down through generations.

Each rug is made with 100% sheep wool, washed and spun by hand. A few pieces may contain cotton, which is always specified in the product description.

Yes! We ship worldwide from Belgium. No customs fees for EU orders. Outside the EU, duties may apply. If you’re unsure, contact your local customs office — or feel free to ask us.

Orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days. Delivery takes 1–2 days in Belgium, 3–5 days in France, and up to 10 days worldwide.

Shipping is free in Belgium from €450 and in France and The Netherlands from €650. For other destinations, fees are calculated at checkout.

Yes. We can recreate a sold-out rug or design something new based on your preferred size and palette. Slight variations in size (a few cm) or pattern are normal due to the handmade process.

Since the rug was custom-made, a refund is not possible. However, you may exchange it for a rug in stock or have a second custom piece made.

You have 14 days to return a rug in its original condition and packaging. Returns are free if you choose an exchange or store credit. Refund returns are at your charge.

We only accept returns for rugs that are unused, undamaged, and complete with all accessories. If the product shows signs of wear, we may deny a refund.

Yes. You can book a private visit in Brussels or a home appointment. We bring up to 3–5 rugs depending on your space and preferences.

Yes — in Belgium and Lille. We charge €50 per rug as a booking fee, redeemable with any purchase of €250 or more.
